1. To book your adventure activity at Siyavaya Adventures, present your voucher code received via SMS at the gate.
2. Customers may only make use of one voucher code per entry.
3.  Siyavaya Adventures voucher may not be transferable nor exchanged for cash.
4.  All Siyavaya Adventures vouchers are strictly valid for one year from the date of purchase. Please note that validity extensions are available out with this time, but will be charged as the difference in retail price compared to when the voucher was purchased. No extensions beyond three years from original date of purchase will be made.

6. Customers may not enter Siyavaya Adventures with alcoholic beverages or other food and drinks.

8. The adventure activity voucher is only available for the adventure activity detailed. Each voucher sold is for one individual unless otherwise stated. Please be aware that some Adventure activities may require minimum numbers before they can take place. 
9. Every session length can vary and the times we have on this site are approximate. Usually, there will be other people on the adventure activity with you and there may sometimes be some waiting time required. 
10. Some of our adventure activities have restrictions, such as age, size, weight or level of health. Each adventure activity listing has information about restrictions, however you may be asked questions about this when it comes to booking a date and time for the adventure activity you have booked.
11. We donâ€™t consider those with disabilities to be any different from others, however for practical reasons some adventure activities may not be appropriate. For information about disabled access information please contact us.
12. By partaking in the adventure activities you may be placed at some personal risk. You may be asked to sign a risk waiver or personal liability form on the day. Full safety information is provided and safety equipment is provided as required by Siyavaya. Please note that Siyavaya Adventures is not liable for any event or incident that may happen as a result of your participation on the event. We would ask that you read the liability or safety information provided on the day and listen to any safety briefing given 
13. Sometimes activities have to be postponed due to the weather. We would advise that you contact Siyavaya (details on the voucher) on the day of your activity to confirm that the activity will not be affected by the weather. 
14.  All adventure activities we offer are on a first come, first served basis. This means that when you arrange your date and time youâ€™ll be able to choose a time best suited to you and availability. Please note that Siyavaya cannot guarantee availability for a particular date and time unless confirmed in writing by us at or after the time of booking.
